Terms of Use

1. Definitions

  • Operator — "DOBEK AI" LLC (IT-Park resident), which provides the Service.
  • Software Solution ("Dobek AI") — an integrated solution of interconnected parts: the Extension installed into the accounting system, the cloud server and AI component, the mobile app and the personal account.
  • User — an individual or legal entity using the Service (the client and its authorized employees).
  • Licence — a non-exclusive right of use; one licence applies to one enterprise.
  • Subscription / Tariff — the payment period (monthly/annual), its cost and scope.
  • AI Output — a recommendation/result generated by the Solution; advisory in nature, with the final decision resting with the User.
  • Content — data entered by the User into the Service (bank, receipts, documents).

2. General Provisions

These Terms govern the relationship between the Operator and the User and constitute a public offer. Starting to use the Service means full acceptance of the Terms. For corporate (B2B) use, a separate agreement is concluded; in case of conflict, the agreement prevails.

3. Subject

The Operator provides the User with: (a) a non-exclusive licence to install the Extension into the accounting system (e.g., 1C) and use it; (b) cloud services — AI automation of accounting processes, the mobile app and the personal account. The Service is provided "as is" and continuously improved.

The Extension is installed as an add-on layer and works like an accounting employee. The AI Output is advisory; final control and approval rest with the User (its accountant). The principal data is stored within the User's own accounting system.

4. Intellectual Property and Licence

The Software Solution, its code, AI models, algorithms, interfaces, design and brand ("Dobek") belong to the Operator and are protected by law. The User is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right of use; ownership rights do not pass.

The User may not: modify, decompile, reverse-engineer, extract the code, remove copyright notices, sublicense or transfer to third parties. The "Dobek AI" name and logo may not be used without the Operator's written consent. The User's Content and the entries in its accounting system belong to the User; the Operator processes them solely to provide the Service.

5. Registration and Account

The User must provide accurate and complete information. The User is responsible for the confidentiality of the login, password, EDS and other access credentials.

6. User Obligations

  • Use the Service only for lawful purposes and within authorized enterprises;
  • Enter accurate and lawful data and be responsible for its correctness;
  • Independently verify and approve the AI Output;
  • Maintain its own accounting system and backups;
  • Comply with intellectual-property restrictions; not harm the Service.

7. Operator Rights and Obligations

The Operator provides the Service, installs the Extension, ensures support and data security, and improves the solution (standard updates free within the subscription). The Operator may restrict/suspend access for a User who grossly breaches the Terms and may change tariffs (with at least 30 days' notice).

8. Service Level (SLA) and Support

The Operator ensures cloud-service availability (uptime) of at least 99.5% per month (excluding planned maintenance and force majeure). Support is provided on business days 10:00–17:00 (GMT+5). The Operator is not liable for: failures of the User's infrastructure/accounting system, Internet/power interruptions, or unavailability of third parties (bank APIs, tax systems, EDI operators).

9. Payment and Tariffs

The subscription cost is set in the Specification (or on the site/by request), prices in soum. Payment is 100% in advance. As the Operator is an IT-Park resident, prices do not include VAT; if required by law, VAT is added separately. Tariff changes are notified at least 30 days in advance.

10. Data and Confidentiality

The User/client is the owner (operator) of its data; the Operator processes it on instruction. All processing is carried out on servers in Uzbekistan, and data is not transferred outside the country. See the Privacy Policy for details. The Terms and Content are confidential.

11. Limitation of Liability

Dobek AI is an assistive tool. The Operator is not liable for decisions based on the AI Output or for the consequences of inaccurate/unlawful data entered by the User. The parties are not liable for indirect damages (lost profit, etc.). The Operator's total liability is limited to the amount paid during the 3 (three) months before the event. These limitations do not apply to intentional breach, breach of confidentiality, personal data, or intellectual property.

12. Force Majeure

The parties are not liable for non-performance due to force majeure (natural disasters, epidemics, decisions of state bodies, large-scale infrastructure/state-system failures, etc.). If they last more than 2 months, either party may terminate the Terms.

13. Term, Renewal and Termination

The Terms apply during use of the Service. The subscription renews automatically unless a party gives notice of termination 30 days before the end of the payment period. Either party may terminate unilaterally with 30 days' notice. Advance payment for the current period is non-refundable unless termination is due to the Operator's fault.

14. Dispute Resolution

Disputes are resolved through negotiation; the pre-trial claim procedure is mandatory (review — 15 days). Failing agreement, disputes are heard by the Tashkent City Economic Court under the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

15. Final Provisions

Documents may be signed electronically with an EDS and have equal legal force with paper ones. The User may not assign its rights to third parties without the Operator's consent. The Operator may amend the Terms; the new version takes effect once published.
