Privacy Policy

1. General Provisions

This Privacy Policy (the "Policy") sets out how data is processed by "DOBEK AI" LLC (the "Operator", "We"; a resident of the IT-Park of the Republic of Uzbekistan), TIN: 312735043, address: Tashkent city, Bektemir district, Zabardast MFY, Bektemir shoh street, 309, through the dobek.uz website, the Telegram bot, the mobile app and the Dobek AI software solution (together, the "Service").

The Policy is developed in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Personal Data". By using the Service, the user agrees to the Policy. For corporate (B2B) use, a separate agreement between the Operator and the client also applies; in case of conflict, the agreement prevails.

2. Core Data Principle

Dobek AI is an add-on layer installed into the client's accounting system (e.g., 1C). The client is the owner (operator) of its data and the personal data therein, while the Operator processes the data only on the client's instructions and to provide the Service.

The client's principal data is stored within its own accounting system; the personal account is used only for initial settings and statistics and does not store the principal data.

3. Data We Collect

  • Identification: full name, phone, email, company name, TIN, position.
  • Accounting and financial: bank statements and transactions, receipts, contracts, invoices, counterparties, corporate-card transactions, accounting-system documents (to the extent necessary).
  • Technical: IP address, device and browser type, cookies, usage statistics.
  • Tax and government systems: with consent — TIN, reports, data from Tax Committee systems.

4. Purposes of Use

  • Providing the Service: automatic processing of bank data, receipts and documents, recording into the accounting system (1C);
  • AI analysis and classification;
  • Support and communication;
  • Improving and developing the Service;
  • Complying with legal requirements.

5. Legal Bases for Processing

Data is processed based on the user's/client's consent, performance of a contract, and legal obligations. The client, as the data owner, warrants that it has lawful grounds to provide the data (including data-subject consent where required).

6. Data Location (Localization)

All processing on the Operator's side is carried out on servers located within the Republic of Uzbekistan, the AI component operates locally, and data is not transferred outside the Republic of Uzbekistan.

7. Third Parties and Processors

We do not sell data. Data may be shared only to the extent necessary with:

  • Integration partners: 1C/ERP systems, banks, Tax Committee systems — to perform the service;
  • Processors (sub-processors): only under confidentiality obligations equivalent to this Policy;
  • Government authorities: only as required by law, upon an official request.

The Operator's personnel processing the data are bound by confidentiality.

8. Security and Storage

Data is protected by encryption, access control and other organizational and technical measures against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or loss. Data is stored for the duration of the Service and the period established by law. Upon termination of the agreement, the Operator, at request, returns the client's data in its possession or deletes it within 30 (thirty) days (except retention required by law).

9. Data Breach

Upon becoming aware of a data security breach, the Operator notifies the client without undue delay, no later than 72 (seventy-two) hours, and takes measures to remedy the consequences.

10. Anonymized Data

The Operator may use data in an anonymized and/or aggregated (statistical) form — not allowing identification of a specific person or client — to improve the Service and AI models. Such data is not personal data.

11. Cookies

The site uses cookies for functionality and statistics. The user may restrict them in browser settings.

12. User Rights

The user has the right to access their data, correct it, request deletion, withdraw consent and object to processing. Data-subject requests regarding corporate data are usually handled through the client (data owner); the Operator provides reasonable assistance. Requests: info@dobek.uz.

13. Minors

The Service is not intended for persons under 18; we do not knowingly collect their data.

14. Changes and Contact
